| We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the products they
purchase from A-Plus. We will provide the highest quality product and the best service possible. If we ever fall short of that
goal we will attempt to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. If
for any reason a customer is not satisfied with a product, that customer may return the merchandise for either a full refund
or a credit toward another purchase. The choice will be at the discretion
of the customer. However, A-Plus reserves the right to have the
unsatisfactory merchandise returned to its facility for inspection before any
refund is made available or credit is allowed. Bottom line? We
