A-Plus has shipped products all over the world.We utilize United Parcel Service whenever possible for
shipments within the U.S., in addition, we use their OnLine software that allows
us to track our shipments immediately. We also use Federal Express, Airborne Express as well as
the US Postal service to ship our products. We attempt to ship by the most
economical and expeditious means available.
If a customer has a preference
as to the mode of shipping, that preference should be made known at the time an
order is placed.
A-Plus does not attempt to place a markup on shipping
costs. Normally, the actual shipping cost, whatever it is, is passed along
to the customer. In some cases that amount cannot be determined until the
product has actually been manufactured and is ready for shipment.
If the
customer prefers, A-Plus can assign a flat rate shipping fee up front which
will be adequate to cover the cost of shipping. Sometimes the flat fee
method becomes necessary in order to provide the customer with an up front,
bottom line total in the cost of the merchandise being ordered.
